I purchased a new laptop and Microsoft office Home and student was preinstalled in it. Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Have you tried repairing the Office installation from Control Panel because clicking the Repair Now option seldom works? You can use Microsoft uninstall tool to completely remove Office use Option 2.

I used sign in and encountered an unusual problem that it is showing product is activated in accounts tab and then still it is not working. I also tried activation by telephone link but it is showing the same error. Manish, What do you mean that Office is not working? What do you mean that you entered the Product Key? You have never said in any of your posts what is exactly the problem is that you have.
