Use your online archive with Outlook for Mac.

I have some users who were recently migrated from a different organization on prem to our parent O Hybrid. The new users do not have Online archive in Outlook. They have shared mailboxes mapped in Outlook. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. First, since you mentioned the user has been migrated to Microsoft Exchange Online in Exchange Hybrid environment, and the user can access Online archive folder from Outlook Web App, this means the user has been successfully enabled the online archive now.

For the problem, as far as I know it is more likely relate to the Outlook Client he is using, and according to the detailed version you shared above, as far as I know it is a MSI version of Outlook Client Office and not installed from Microsoft Official portal. In this case if convenient, please suggest the user try to configure his Microsoft account to another workable Outlook Client better installed with E3 license from portal not MSI version and then see if he could see the in-place archive folder in Outlook there, thanks.

Moreover, since you said the user has shared mailbox mapped in Outlook, generally this means the automapping for the user’s Microsoft mailbox is working in the Outlook.

By the way, if the user is using a domain-joined machine, please make sure the online archive is not disabled by GPO in that machine, so it is also recommended change another workable Outlook with a new profile see the result, thanks.
